Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your Haro ride.

How are Haro bikes shipped and do they require assembly?

All Haro bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty bicycle cartons. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat, and perform a basic brake adjustment. We recommend professional assembly for optimal performance.

What is the warranty policy on Haro frames and components?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Haro frames for the original purchaser. Components and suspension forks are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Can I return a bike if it is not the right fit?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unridden condition. Please note that return shipping costs for bicycles are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee may apply.

How do I find the correct frame size for my height?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. Generally, sizing is based on height and inseam. For BMX models, sizing is often determined by top tube length preference and riding style (Street, Park, or Dirt).

Do you offer international shipping for bikes and parts?

Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For international orders, please use our Dealer Locator to find an authorized Haro distributor in your region.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and financing options through Affirm to help you get on the trails or track faster.
